Credit goes to Ari and Moochi for this! These two figured it out and posted it on the comments section of Rachel's blog. Here's their exact post.
"READY GO! Here's the translation as best as Ari could make it out to be. She says that Middelwerk speaks very bad Korean, so she's filling in the gaps where she can. ANYHOO. HERE WE GO.
Korean Man: How do you do?
Mittlewerk: How do you do, Doctor?
Doctor: Mister Paik says "hello".
Mittelwerk: I think paid a lot of money to you.
Doctor: Then can we talk about business?
Mittelwerk: Yes.
Doctor: Is the "satellite place" almost ready? "Someone" wants to know if the dish is ready, but if we're talking about business, we can't pay like this.
Mittelwerk: He have a port. How long will it take?
Doctor: 3 weeks.
Mittelwerk: Can you send a note? What can I do to make it 2 weeks?
Another site, however, has a much different translation. In fact, the roles are entirely reversed!
Dr. Mittelwerk: "Minsu, it's nice to meet you."
Other guy: "Dr. Mittelwerk, it's nice to meet you too."
Dr. Mittelwerk: "Mr. Beck is sending his regards."
Other guy: "The reason he is sending me regards is that I had him pay a lot of money."
Dr. Mittelwerk: "Let's talk about business."
Other guy: "Yes, let's do it"
Dr. Mittelwerk: "You want to hear that the delivery service is almost ready. Speaking of the delivery service: we can't drop the delivery just anywhere."
Other guy: "But we have a harbor (for the delivery). How long will it take?"
Dr. Mittelwerk: "At least 3 weeks"
Other guy: "Can you pass me the black pepper. What will it take for you to get it delivered in TWO weeks?"
