Well as Persephone has been appearing to have been communicating with us, I thought i would shared my research and theories with you.

Sound familiar to you? To me it sounds like Danielle Roussoau and her daughter Alex.
From what we saw in Maternity Leave, the apparent Alex clearly didn't like the Others. Why else would she have sabotaged their plan and rescue Claire. Like Miss Littleton said; ''She wasn't like the rest of them''.
This can be linked to the phone calls by Persephone warning about the Hanso Foundation. Perhaps it is a code-name for Alex to give warning without being found out by her kidnappers.
