Here is a detailed list of everything so far that has been found at www.thehansofoundation.org.
Once you have received the password (Breaking Strain) from the phone call, you can head over to www.thehansofoundation.org and begin.
Part 1: The Newsletter.
First, go to the Newsletter (sign up) section of the site. Here, where it says 'Type a nickname' put in anything and the site will then become hacked by the person who gave you the password on the phone call. Then you will be asked if you can read what she is saying, now type 'yes'. You will then be logged into the Hanso intranet site.
Part 2: Joop's Corner.
After this, head over to Joop's Corner. Now click on 'Send Joop a message Here.' (Make sure you have already done the Newsletter part, otherwise this will not work) You can now send Joop any message and you will be transported to a hidden section of the site. When the circles come up, join up the highlighted ones until a red circle appears, then click on it. A letter will now appear, use your mouse to move the light so the letter can be read. When finished click Jacques Maillot's signature at the bottom. Now another letter will appear. This is the reply from the first letter. Once finished reading Click on Peter Thompson's name that is circled in red at the bottom. After this another message will appear over the letter. Click anywhere to be taken back to Joop's Corner.
The following is a detailed list of things found at www.thehansofoundation.org, but currently are unsolved.
The Board of Directors.
If you go to the Executive Bios section, and then follow the link to the Board of Directors you will see 4 Directors photos appear at the top. Jacob Vanderfield, Liddy Wales, Lawrence Peck and Dick Cheever. If you click on a Directors Bio, you will see Access Denied and a login form open up. Currently the login and password is unknown.
Joop's Corner.
Another secret that has been found is back on Joop's Corner. Under the Joop's Corner title, there is a hidden text field that can be typed in. Currently the use for this is unknown.
Mental Health Appeal.
On the Mental Health Appeal section under Active Projects, there is an 'Inquire today!' link. When you click it a box will open where you can type in. Currently the use for this is unknown.
At the bottom of every page there is a Login text field. (may need to press F11 to view the whole page) Currently the login is unknown.
Link to PDF file
On the homepage to the right there is now a link to a PDF file.

Also note the grammar error highlighted in yellow, mistake or not?
The PDF file looks like this, it's a letter with a hidden link at the bottom, highlight it to reveal it.

That link takes you to the page with the numbers on, that has a seperate entry on the home page about.

Hidden Numbers on World Map
Under Active projects is a sub heading called "Worldwide Wellness and Provention Development program," not exactly a snappy title but if you hover you mouse onto the world map (over florida Keys) it activates a set of character to pop up.
The Writing is probably nothing but you get somenumbers, using a A=1 B=2 etc.. translator the numbers translate into "Missing Organs"

Link in Text on Mental Health appeal page
In the text in the Mental Health there is a link, that opens a text entry box that does nothing for now, but what maybe important is that the link is a very speciafic shape, its a rectangle.

Outlining the words:
Not merely be
rightest lights, but
test light the way for
shine for
Maybe an anagram of somekind, or maybe irrelevant, talk about it in the Forums
